Orange County filings, from the Orlando clerk

New traffic, DUI, and criminal filings from the Orange County Clerk of Courts, collected every business day and delivered the same day. Orlando is sold on its own, separate from our South Florida and Tampa Bay coverage.

Where do Orange records come from?

From the Orange County Clerk of Courts, Ninth Judicial Circuit. Every record we deliver for Orange traces to that one office.

Orange is live today. A county goes on this site only once records are flowing from its clerk, not when we plan to cover it. Ask any vendor which court a record came from. If they cannot answer, they are not the ones collecting it.

Which case types can I get in Orange?

Traffic citations, DUI and DWI filings, and criminal filings. Take one, two, or all three, each on its own schedule.

Traffic Ticket Leads

How old is a Orange record when it reaches me?

Same business day. We collect each filing as the Orange County Clerk of Courts publishes it, and it goes out on that day's run. Filings published over a weekend come through on the Monday run.

Can I get only the charges I take?

Yes. Records are filtered by charge type, charge combination, court, and ZIP code before they reach you. A combination can be as narrow as driving on a suspended license, but only when the same defendant is also charged with DUI. Filters are set once and applied on every run, and changing them takes a message, not a new contract.

Can you do the mailing for me?

Yes, on Full Service. We build the piece to the current Rule 4-7.18(b) requirements, print it, mail it Standard or First Class, and send the email alongside it. Every letter carries a tracking number that forwards to your office, so the report shows what went out and how many calls it produced. If you already have a mail house, Feed delivers the records with your own letter merged in and ready to print.

Do I have to buy Orange with other counties?

No. Orlando is sold on its own, and nothing about buying Orange depends on buying another county. Add or drop counties month to month.

The two plans side by side are on the plans page, and what the mail piece has to say is on our Florida Bar rules page.
