Broward County filings, the day the clerk publishes them

We pull new traffic, DUI, and criminal filings from the Broward County Clerk of Courts every business day, verify the mailing addresses, and deliver them the same day. Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach are one South Florida market and are usually taken together.

Where do Broward records come from?

From the Broward County Clerk of Courts, Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. Every record we deliver for Broward traces to that one office.

Broward is live today. A county goes on this site only once records are flowing from its clerk, not when we plan to cover it. Ask any vendor which court a record came from. If they cannot answer, they are not the ones collecting it.

Which case types can I get in Broward?

Traffic citations, DUI and DWI filings, and criminal filings. Take one, two, or all three, each on its own schedule.

How old is a Broward record when it reaches me?

Same business day. We collect each filing as the Broward County Clerk of Courts publishes it, and it goes out on that day's run. Filings published over a weekend come through on the Monday run.

Can I get only the charges I take?

Yes. Records are filtered by charge type, charge combination, court, and ZIP code before they reach you. A combination can be as narrow as driving on a suspended license, but only when the same defendant is also charged with DUI. Filters are set once and applied on every run, and changing them takes a message, not a new contract.

Can you do the mailing for me?

Yes, on Full Service. We build the piece to the current Rule 4-7.18(b) requirements, print it, mail it Standard or First Class, and send the email alongside it. Every letter carries a tracking number that forwards to your office, so the report shows what went out and how many calls it produced. If you already have a mail house, Feed delivers the records with your own letter merged in and ready to print.

Do I have to buy Broward with other counties?

No. You can take Broward on its own. Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach are one South Florida market, so a firm that works the whole market can take it as a single daily file.

The two plans side by side are on the plans page, and what the mail piece has to say is on our Florida Bar rules page.
