Plans
You have a mail house, or you don't
Both plans sit on the same records, pulled from the same courts on the same schedule. The only question is how much of the work you want to keep.

CaseStream Full Service
We print it, mail it, and send the email.
Firms that want the phone to ring and do not want to run a mail operation.
- Everything in CaseStream Feed
- Mail piece designed and built to current Rule 4-7.18(b) requirements
- Records merged into your approved piece automatically — no mail merge on your end
- Printing, addressing, and Standard or First Class postage handled
- Separate pieces for separate segments where it is worth it — a Spanish-language letter, or different copy by charge type
- Email sent alongside the mail
- A scannable response code on every piece, tracked to the record
- A local tracking number on every letter, forwarded straight to your office line
- Calls the office misses ring your mobile next, and after hours they ring your mobile first
- A text within seconds of any missed call, with a link to call back from the number the caller dialed
- Copies and recipient lists for your Rule 4-7.19(j) records, assembled per send
- Reporting on what went out, what came back, how many calls it produced, and how fast missed calls were returned
Feed is one flat price per record, whatever the volume and whatever the case type. Full Service is quoted all-in per mailed piece. Neither is published — see the pricing question below.

Choosing
Which one fits your firm
Take the Feed if
- You already work with a mail house or printer
- Someone in the firm owns marketing and wants the raw file
- You have a piece you like and just need a better list
- You are happy to print and stamp, but not to run a merge every morning
- You want to plug records into a CRM or an existing workflow
Take Full Service if
- Nobody at the firm wants to own a mail operation
- You would rather approve a piece once and then field calls
- You are in court or with a client when a lot of the calls come in
- You want the bar-rule paperwork produced for you, not assembled by hand
- You have not mailed before and do not want to learn on your own postage
Before you commit to anything
Ask us for a sample from your own counties. Not a demo file — actual records from the courts you would be buying, so you can see the volume, the field quality, and the filing dates for yourself. There is no contract to look at one, and no plan runs longer than a month at a time.
FAQ
Questions about buying
- How much does it cost?
- There are two answers, because there are two products. Feed is one flat price per record — the same rate at every volume and every case type, so you are not negotiating a tier or getting a different number for DUI than for traffic. Full Service is quoted as one all-in price per mailed piece: the record, the printing, the materials, and Standard or First Class postage in a single number, so you can compare it against any other mail vendor without doing arithmetic. Format moves that number. We quote both once we know your counties and roughly what volume you want.
- Do you offer a free trial?
- A free sample instead, and the difference is deliberate. A free month costs you a month of attention on a list you have not evaluated yet. A sample answers the same question in a day: real records from your own counties and charge types, so you can check the volume, the field quality, and the arrival date yourself. Same risk either way — no contract, no card, nothing that starts billing on a date you forgot about.
- Do we have to run the mail merge ourselves?
- No, and it is included on Feed rather than sold as an upgrade. Send us your letter template once and we keep it on file. Every business day we merge that day's records into it and send you two things: the data file, and a document with the letters already personalized and ready to print. You open it, print, and mail. A merge is easy to do once and easy to get wrong on the two-hundredth morning, which is the step where a shifted column turns into 200 letters addressed to the wrong people.
- If you merge our letters, whose job is the bar compliance?
- Yours, and we would rather be blunt than leave it ambiguous. On Feed we merge the template you give us — we do not write it, design it, or approve it, and running your words through a merge does not make them ours. At setup we will walk you through what Rule 4-7.18(b) requires of the marking and the disclosure and point at anything that looks missing. That is us being useful, not us assuming your obligations. On Full Service we design the piece to those requirements from the start. Either way the Rule 4-7.19 filing and the three-year retention stay with the firm, because the rules put them there.
- How do we know whether the letters produced calls?
- On Full Service every letter carries a local tracking number used only for your campaign. A call to it rings your office line first. We do not answer it, screen it, or record it. We log that the call happened, when it came in, and how long it lasted, and those counts go in your report. So the question has a number for an answer, and you can see what time of day the calls arrive. The tracking number and the missed-call handling below are included in the price per piece.
- What happens if nobody at the office picks up?
- The call rings the attorney's mobile next, or a second person if you name one. After office hours it rings the mobile first. Whoever answers hears that it is a letter call and presses 1 to take it. If nobody does, you get a text within seconds with the caller's number and a link to call back. The callback shows the number the caller just dialed, so they know who it is and are more likely to pick up. A caller who reaches voicemail often moves on to the next letter in the pile, so your report shows how long each missed call waited for a callback.
- Can we filter down to a specific slice of the list?
- Yes, and this is where most of the waste comes out of a mail program. Records can be narrowed by charge or offense type, by charge combination — a suspended-license count that arrives alongside a DUI, for instance — by court, and by ZIP code. Where the underlying public record supports it, language and demographic segmentation is available too, so a Spanish-language piece goes to the part of the list it was written for rather than the whole county. Filters are set once and applied on every run, and changing them takes a message, not a new contract.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Month to month. Counties can be added or dropped between months, and so can the whole program.
- Can we start with one county?
- That is how most firms should start. One county, one case type, and a direct comparison against whatever you are doing now.
- Can we switch plans later?
- Yes, in either direction. Firms move from Feed to Full Service when running the mail gets tiresome, and from Full Service to Feed when they hire someone to own it.
- Is this automated, or is someone doing it by hand?
- Both, in the places each belongs. Collection, address verification, filtering, dedupe, and delivery are automated and run every business day — that is the only way a Tuesday filing reaches you on Tuesday. The review before the run ships is not automated. Clerk sites change layouts and publish blank or duplicated days, and a pipeline nobody is watching will mail all of it to your list.
- Can the records drop straight into our CRM?
- Yes. The file lands in the same format on the same daily run, so it can go to an inbox, a shared folder, your mail house, or your CRM's import. If you would rather not touch the spreadsheet at all, give us a letter template and the merged letters come back print-ready beside it. On Full Service you skip even that — the merged piece goes straight to print and postage without anyone at the firm opening anything.
- What if a record is wrong or the address is bad?
- Tell us and we credit it. Court data contains errors and some people move the week they are cited. A vendor who claims otherwise has not been doing this long.
- Do we have to take every case type?
- No. Traffic, DUI, and criminal are separate programs. Run one, two, or all three, on separate cadences if that suits you.
Start with one county and see what a week looks like.
Tell us where you practice and which charges you take. We'll come back with the volume, the record age, and which plan actually fits.
