Case Types

Three kinds of records, one state

We pull traffic, DUI, and criminal filings from Florida county courts every business day. You choose the counties and the charges; we handle the collection, verification, and — if you want it — the mail.

Why it holds up

Where the records come from

The same four things hold whether you take traffic, DUI, or criminal: the source, the schedule, the address check, and the rule the piece is built to.

Straight from the courts

Every record comes from Florida county court and arrest records, public under state law. We name the specific courts we pull for your counties.

Automated, then checked

Collection, address verification, dedupe, and delivery run automatically on a fixed daily schedule. A person reviews the output before it goes out, because court data breaks in ways software does not notice.

Addresses that survive the mail

Addresses are standardized and USPS-verified before delivery, and deduplicated against your prior sends so you do not pay to mail the same person twice.

Built to Florida's rules

Full Service pieces are built to the current Rule 4-7.18(b) marking and disclosure requirements, and we hand you the copies and recipient lists Rule 4-7.19(j) requires your firm to keep.

Not sure which of these fits?

Most firms start with one county and one case type. Tell us where you practice and we'll tell you what a normal week produces.
