Reach the driver before the other five letters do
We pull new traffic citations from Florida county court records every business day, verify the addresses, and hand them to you — or mail them for you.
The problem
A speeding ticket is a small, urgent problem. The driver wants it handled, wants it handled cheaply, and decides fast. Most of them hire whoever wrote first and sounded like they knew the court. If your letter arrives two weeks after the citation, you are paying postage to reach someone who already has a lawyer.
What you get
Records you can mail on Monday
Not a portal to log into and not a raw export to clean up. Verified records in a consistent format, scoped to the counties and charges you asked for.
- New citations pulled every business day
- USPS-verified mailing addresses
- Scoped to the counties and courts you serve
- Deduplicated against everything you have already mailed
Use cases
How firms actually run this
The same records support very different programs, depending on how much of the work you want to keep.
Cover a county end to end
Every new traffic filing in the county, every week, without anyone on your staff touching a clerk portal.
Move into a new county
Add a county and start receiving its filings on the next business day. There is no setup work on your side.
Keep an existing mail house fed
If print and postage are already handled, take the Feed plan and skip the rest of it.
How it works
Three steps to the first send
- 1
Pick your counties and charges
Tell us where you practice and which charges you take. We confirm which courts we can pull and what the weekly volume looks like. This is the only part that needs a conversation.
- 2
The daily run does the rest
Collection, address verification, filtering, and dedupe run automatically every business day, then a person checks the output before it ships. Nothing on your side has to be started, reminded, or chased.
- 3
Take the records, or let us mail them
Feed drops the file in your inbox or your CRM. Full Service merges the records into your approved piece and sends it to print and email. Same records underneath either way.
What's in a record
Enough to write the letter and know the court
Every record arrives in the same shape, so it drops into your mail template or CRM without cleanup.
- Full name
- Verified mailing address
- Citation number
- Charge and statute
- County
- Court and division
- Filing date
- Scheduled court date
- Issuing agency
- Record age at delivery
Why it holds up
Where the records come from
Four questions worth putting to any vendor before you mail: where the record came from, when it reached you, whether the address survives, and which rule the piece was built to.
Straight from the courts
Every record comes from Florida county court and arrest records, public under state law. We name the specific courts we pull for your counties.
Automated, then checked
Collection, address verification, dedupe, and delivery run automatically on a fixed daily schedule. A person reviews the output before it goes out, because court data breaks in ways software does not notice.
Addresses that survive the mail
Addresses are standardized and USPS-verified before delivery, and deduplicated against your prior sends so you do not pay to mail the same person twice.
Built to Florida's rules
Full Service pieces are built to the current Rule 4-7.18(b) marking and disclosure requirements, and we hand you the copies and recipient lists Rule 4-7.19(j) requires your firm to keep.
FAQ
Common questions
- How old is a record when I get it?
- Same business day. We collect each filing as the clerk publishes it, and it goes out on that day's run — a Tuesday filing is in your Tuesday file. Filings published over a weekend come through on the Monday run. That is the number worth holding any vendor to, and the free sample lets you check it yourself.
- Can we choose which counties we cover?
- Yes. Coverage is scoped county by county, and you can add or drop counties month to month.
- Do we have to run the mail ourselves?
- No. Feed gives you the records — and, if you send us a letter template, the day's letters merged and ready to print — while your team handles the printing and postage. Full Service means we design the piece, print it, mail it, and send the email. Same records underneath.
- Where does the data come from?
- Florida county court and arrest records, which are public under state law. We will name the specific clerk and court each record in your counties comes from.
Mail in this practice area is governed by Florida’s written-solicitation rules, and most of what firms believe about them is out of date. We keep a rule-by-rule breakdown of what Rule 4-7.18(b) actually requires of an attorney mail piece, current as amended in August 2023 and July 2025.
